by Molly Wilde.  Be the one who is thankful. The one who is thankful sees each day for its opportunities. He is not naïve or obtuse to the obstacles in his path, but can assess them honestly, with gratitude for what he has and hope for the future he will create. When I am thankful, my paradigm shifts. I am grateful for the customer who called me and the co-worker who supports me. I am eager to use the resources I have to make tomorrow better. My resources include not only what my company provides, but my attitude and my ambition. I will hone these resources by expressing gratefulness. The extra effort, extra call, extra measure of expressed patience is not extra anymore. It is what I want– the appropriate expression of a heart that is full and wants to bless others by the same measure with which it has been filled. Through thankfulness, I can be “The One.”
